Cozad-Cover House B & B Rooms
The B & B, circa 1905, has been modernized to include central heat/air and a modern kitchen. Two guest bathrooms upstairs and one bath down serve the three large B & B Rooms. Large porches on the north and east overlook the large sloping lawn and beautiful Snowbird Mountains. A screened reading porch on the south faces flower and vegetable gardens. An upstairs sun balcony is directly accessible from the library and Ann's Room. Room rates include breakfast served in our elegant dining room. Regrettably, we can not accommodate smokers, pets, or children under age 10. Cozad-Cover House B & B closed December, January, and February. Cottage and Studio open on request during these months.

Sam & Willa's Room: This large semi-suite is furnished with a king sized bed, lounger, TV with DVD and VCR. Suite includes a private 1938 vintage bath with jetted shower and a coal burning (non-functional) fireplace with period surround. Room rates: $115 per night.

Frances' Room: This large bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, large comfortable chair, and coal burning period fireplace (non-functional) with a carved surround and antique tiles. Share the vintage claw-foot tub and shower. Room rates: $100 per night with private bath, $90 per night with shared bath.

Ann's Room: This large bedroom includes a queen sleigh bed and lounger, and coal burning period fireplace (non-functional) with antique tiles. Room includes direct access to sun balcony. Optional share the vintage claw-foot tub and shower. Room rates: $100 per night with private bath, $90 per night with shared bath.

Sandlin-Posey Cottage
This original, renovated cottage circa 1895, had two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom includes a double bed. The cottage includes a very comfortable great room with full kitchen and dining area. The bath is accented with a vintage tub and shower. Relax on the porch and enjoy the beautiful views of the Snowbird Mountains. Cottage rates: $125 per night, $100 each additional night, $650 per week, month or longer rates are negotiable depending on the time of year. Two night minimum stay on weekends. Guest are free to pick fresh vegetables from the garden.

Sandlin-Posey Studio
This two-story modern, romantic studio covers the original cottage kitchen. Upstairs is a large living area; king size bed, large closet, bath area with shower, and whirlpool tub. Remarkable views of the Snowbird Mountains and estate grounds from multiple floor to ceiling windows. Modern kitchen and dining area are downstairs. Outdoor deck includes dining area. Studio rates: $125 per night, $100 each additional night, $650 per week, month or longer rates are negotiable depending on the time of year. Two night minimum stay on weekends. Guest are free to pick fresh vegetables from the garden.

Policies of the House

One night deposit must be received within seven days of making reservation. Balance of payment due upon arrival.
Two nights minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
Three day cancellation policy for a refund.
Reservations confirmed by prepayment of the first night by cash, check, or money order. Payment same. Not equipped for Credit Cards.
10% sales tax applies to rooms.
No Smoking inside house or cottages.
We have no accommodations for pets or children.
Check in 3PM and Check out 11AM.
Breakfast served at 8AM
Cozad-Cover House B & B closed December, January, and February. Cottage and Studio open on request during these months.
